In our ongoing efforts to increase efficiency in your day-to-day research needs, here are some highlights from the most recent Studio System release:

Studio System Watch - this great new tool allows subscribers to “Watch” records.  Studio System will send an email anytime a change is made on any project, person, and/or company.  This tool allows for anywhere-access to data based on your particular needs.  Simply formatted and accessible via email across software clients (web mail, mobile, etc.), these notifications will ‘push’ information, making research even more accessible.  Just click the “Watch” button on any record and it will be automatically added to your list.

Studio System Watch subscribers can:
• Receive Email Alerts When Data Changes
• Monitor Fast-Moving Records as They Update
• Keep In Touch With Info That Impacts Your Job
• Select People, Projects, and Companies to Track

• Studio System Digest - The Studio System Digest sends weekly breakdowns of the people, projects, and companies tracked by the Baseline staff.  The Digest allows you to receive a round-up of specific records that are being updated throughout the week.  To subscribe, visit the System Digest page and click the “Activate” button on any Digest.

Studio System Digest subscribers can:
• Tap Into Weekly Updates of System-Wide Changes
• Track New Projects in Development & Production
• Monitor Company and Representation Updates
• Receive Change Lists on System-Wide Talent

To activate the feature now, visit Studio System Digests here.

Additional Tabbed Navigation Links - We've added addtional navigation links on the record page to make it easier to explore other related data points like box office, full credit listings and biographies.
